Nandrolone Decanoate, derived from 19-nortestosterone, is an injectable anabolic steroid. It is worth noting that Nandrolone can be naturally produced in the human body after intense physical activity or during pregnancy, albeit in very low concentrations.

Structurally, Nandrolone differs from testosterone by lacking a carbon atom in the 19th position, earning it the name "19-nortestosterone."
