Description

Oxymetholone is a potent oral anabolic steroid originally developed for the treatment of osteoporosis and anemia, with approved use in pediatric patients and for stimulating muscle growth in malnourished and debilitated individuals. It exhibits low androgenic and high anabolic activity and has a mild estrogenic effect.

Oxymetholone is renowned for its significant muscle growth effects, making it one of the most effective oral steroids for mass gain. It can lead to a gain of up to 15 kg of muscle mass in a single cycle, but a noticeable "rollback" phenomenon may occur after the cycle, resulting in the loss of up to 30% of the gained mass (a portion of the weight gain is due to water retention). It also contributes to a pronounced increase in strength through its impact on the nervous system.

In addition, Oxymetholone is known to alleviate joint pain, improve joint function, and enhance joint lubrication by increasing fluid retention and synovial fluid production.
