Delivery usually takes 5-21 business days to European countries. Please note that we cannot tell you the exact date of arrival at your destination, because it is dependent on logistics of different shipping companies.

In the event that a package fails to reach you due to various postal issues (unfortunately, packages do sometimes get lost), we will assist you according to our Reshipment policy.

Payments made via SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and credited to our account.
SWIFT: 3-5 business days

Credit/Debit Card: Instant
Payments made using credit or debit cards are processed instantly, allowing for immediate confirmation and processing of your order.

During periods of high network activity, the verification process can take longer than usual. This is because the network needs to handle a larger volume of transactions, leading to potential delays. Please be aware that while most cryptocurrency transactions are processed within minutes, there can be occasional delays during times of high demand.

We recommend using the Trustee Plus app, where you can quickly purchase cryptocurrency using your bank or credit/debit card with minimal fees. It is a very convenient and straightforward application.

We ship only to: Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Portugal, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino.
Be careful - we do not ship to the island areas of Europe that are part of the EU, such as the Canary Islands.
Order progress and all statuses
Card (Processing) / Bank (Processing) / Payment review – we are waiting for payment to be completed from your side.
Reminder (card) / Reminder (bank) / Reminder (crypto) - we have not received your payment yet, a mail has been sent to your email with an offer to pay for the order using available payment methods.
Packaging – payment has been confirmed and your order is being packaged at the warehouse and prepared to be sent.
Picked up by courier – order has been given to post service for shipment. Within 24-72 hours you will receive tracking number.
Shipped – order has been shipped and tracking number has been sent to your email and can be also viewed in your account on our website.
Cancelled – payment has not been received by us, therefore order is cancelled. All reward points and store credits will be returned to your account.
Expected time for order to be sent out (“Shipped”) is 72 hours after payment has been confirmed.
